Hose Wire

For the reinforcement of high-pressure hydraulic hoses we produce hose reinforcement wire. These wires are made available at the highest tensile strengths.

The diameter range from 0.20 mm to 0.90 mm with brass finish and with galvanized finish.

For industrial hoses operated at low pressure we use thicker wire diameters. For this application we offer special wires in a diameter range from 0.80 mm to 4.5 mm dia., while their surface may be bright, galvanized, copper-coated or bronze-coated.

  • Tensile strength to 3300 N/mm2

  • Brilliant copper plating possible

Packaging

The hose is supplied on steel wire coils, which can accommodate a wire net weight of about 450 kg. Small coils are available with 30 kg net.

2-3 coils are loaded on a pallet.

Despending on demand, Gustav Wolf also provides loose coils on pallets. Two or three packages are loaded on a wooden pallet.
